  Tourism

The city of Trinidad is one of the most attractive places for tourism of the island. History, folklore, culture, city, beach and exhuberant nature complement each other.

Trinidad possesses an appealing hotel infrastructure and entertainment services. The quality of services is as good as any major hotel of the planet, with open spaces, fresh and pure Caribbean air, a very pleasant nightlife, making it the perfect place for leisure activities.

The city has an international marina which offers docking services, fuel, electricity, cable television, water, security and customs.

For the snorkeling fans, the city counts 30 points of immersion, surpassing the one in Cayo Blanco de Casilda, with shallow bottoms where one can appreciate the numerous tropical fish species, black coral, turtles, shellfish, gorgonias, sponges, chelonians and shellfish.

The Maria Aguilar and Ancon beaches stand out; the first being close to the city and the second one being located in the municipality of the same name at approximately 12 km from the city.

For all these reasons, Trinidad is one of the best options for someone visiting the Caribbeans.

Other very tempting activities:

A visit to the Valle de los Ingenios, a beautiful valley filled with ruins of ancient sugar fields built by ingenious artists and where one can appreciate the 42 meter high Torre Iznaga, considered the sentry of the city.
